Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the Victor Valley, CA area. This onsite school setting role runs the 2026–2027 school year on a full-time schedule, with a Monday–Friday school-day shift and an hourly rate of $65.00–$69.00 based on experience.

The SLP will deliver direct speech-language therapy, develop individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility.
• Appropriate California school-based credential/authorization.
• ASHA CCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services per treatment plans and IEPs.
• Evaluate and set individualized goals and interventions.
• Document progress with therapy notes and reports.
• Prepare and adapt therapy materials to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team.
