Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full‑time, onsite, school‑based position in the Wilmington, Delaware area. This is a full school‑year contract with the potential for renewal.

Position Overview
As a school‑based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs, helping them develop critical speech and language skills that support both academic and social growth.
- Full‑time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address a range of communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Pay Rate: $50–$64/hour (based on experience)
- Full W‑2 benefits package
- Option for 12‑month spread pay for consistent income year‑round

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for Delaware SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Previous pediatric or school‑based experience is a plus
