Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Melvindale, MI. The role supports three buildings across a K-12 district partnership, primarily preschool and elementary students, including some AAC users.

You will provide full-time speech-language therapy, develop IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and participate in team meetings. The role offers strong clinical support and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or in progress
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Michigan (LARA)
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or eligibility to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech-language therapy services, Monday-Friday
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, interpreters, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Use IEP system for management and compliance
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training
• Work in a dedicated therapy space and planning area
