Job summary

Capernaum Pediatric Therapy, Inc. seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (32-40 hours/week) to serve children in a St. Paul charter school, starting September 2026.

Mentorship is provided, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is awarded after 60 days. The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families in a dynamic school setting. Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology required.
• MN license with MN Department of Education & Health credentials.
• School setting experience preferred; ability to travel between buildings as needed.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluations and diagnosis of students with speech impairments.
• Collaborate with the Special Education team to develop IEP goals.
• Develop balanced programs for oral communication and literacy.
• Collect data on student outcomes for school improvement.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance.
