Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary and middle school students near Cupertino, CA. Two full-time contract positions begin in late November and run through the end of the school year, offering meaningful direct therapy, IEP collaboration, and classroom strategies.

Responsibilities include assessments, individualized treatment plans, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing caseloads with students in grades K-8.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy sessions, group interventions, and classroom strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning.
