Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cokato, MN to provide direct therapy and evaluations in a school setting. You will develop treatment plans, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families while maintaining accurate documentation.

Active MN SLP license and ASHA CCCs preferred; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential. Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active MN SLP license and ASHA CCCs preferred.
• School-based experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write detailed reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding speech and language strategies.
• Ensure services align with state and federal special education regulations.
