Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school setting in Silverdale, WA. This W2 contract offers CF supervision compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students with articulation, language, and fluency disorders, developing IEP-aligned therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, families, and staff while maintaining proper

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress).
• CCC preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, voice).
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and objectives and track progress.
• Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.
