Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and Ohio state licensure.
• Experience providing therapy to children or students with communication challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills with a focus on family collaboration.
• Dedication to creating inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to identify individual needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services to support communication in academic and social settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote consistent student progress.
• Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team.
