Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year. Onsite in Jacksonville, schedule Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30–3:30, 35 hours per week, with ASAP start and through May 29, 2026, with potential to renew.

Master’s in SLP required; ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available). You’ll collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress, participate in evaluations, IEPs, and maintain

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome and supervision available.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
