Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide K-12 services in a on-site setting in Chiefland, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time W-2 role supports students with individualized therapy plans and collaborates with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome (supervision available).
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
