Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a Bradenton, FL area school setting. The contract runs through the end of May 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

You will deliver direct and consultative services to a diverse student population at Buffalo Creek Middle School and Prine Elementary. Ideal candidates hold an active Florida SLP license and have experience or interest in school-based therapy, including IEP knowledge and collaboration

Qualifications

• Active Florida SLP license required.
• Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy, including direct service and consultative support.
• Flexibility and adaptability with diverse age ranges and caseloads (Pre-K through Middle School).
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Knowledge of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ability to track student progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to students at Buffalo Creek Middle School and Prine Elementary.
• Provide direct therapy to students with various needs, including low cognitive, behavioral, intensive preschool, ASD, and integrated PK populations.
• Manage caseloads of approximately 50+ students at Buffalo Creek (4 days/week) and provide consult responsibilities.
• Support approximately 95 students at Prine Elementary in collaboration with an on-site SLP and SLPA.
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans in accordance with district and federal requirements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
