Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students at two campuses in the Bradenton, FL area on a full-time contract through May 27, 2027. The role serves elementary and middle school populations with collaboration across a dedicated team.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative services for roughly 50 middle school students and 95 elementary students, working within low cognitive, behavioral, ASD, and integrated classroom

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY is required.
• Experience in K-12 settings or with diverse special education populations is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct and consultative speech-language therapy services.
• Servicing a caseload of approximately 50 direct-therapy middle school students (plus consults) and collaborating to support ~95 elementary students.
• Providing targeted interventions within low cognitive, behavioral, ASD, and integrated classroom environments.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participating in IEP meetings and interfacing with teachers, families, and school staff.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Active Florida Speech‑Language Pathology license
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in K‑12 settings or with diverse special education populations highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering both direct and consultative speech‑language therapy services
• Serving a caseload of approximately 50 direct‑therapy middle school students (plus consults), as well as working collaboratively with an experienced SLP and SLPA to serve an elementary caseload of approximately 95 students
• Providing targeted interventions within low cognitive, behavioral, ASD, and integrated classroom environments
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and interfacing with teachers, families, and school staff
