Candidates will evaluate and treat students, develop IEP goals, participate in ARD/IEP meetings, supervise SLP-As if applicable, and help maintain compliant documentation while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Texas SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred.
• School-based experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Support a variety of communication needs across academic and functional settings.
• Collaborate with school teams – participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), if applicable.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district expectations.
