Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Oklahoma City, OK for the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with district staff to support student communication goals.

The role offers guaranteed hours, a manageable caseload, and support from both the district and TheraPeds Partners. On-site and school-based setting in OK, with 36-38 hours/week and compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or eligible for Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.
• Experience working with children.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Document progress and prepare timely progress reports.
