Job summary

Strides Therapy & Educational Services, a leading local provider of speech-language pathology services in Texas public schools, seeks a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the New Braunfels ISD. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with educators and families, and help develop IEPs to support student success.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing training while advancing evidence-based

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Valid Limited TX State Licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable).
• Experience working with school-age children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and beyond.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training.
