Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate current per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per the plan of care developed for each student.
• Follow physician orders and plan of care for therapy services.
