Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based evaluations and therapy. You will perform student evaluations and deliver therapy services per care plans and physician orders.

Applicants must hold an active SLP license in the assignment state; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract. Compliance with professional standards, CPR if applicable, and health certificates are required.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
