Job summary

Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Glen Burnie, MD. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, language, and communication in school settings.

You will collaborate with educators, parents, and the school-based team, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (if applicable).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or CF status.
• Educator Certificate (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language interventions to improve articulation, fluency, and language.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school-based team to support participation and carryover in classrooms.
