Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in San Lorenzo, California. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students across elementary to high school settings under IEP goals.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $65–$70 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered.
• Clear background check (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs (where applicable).
