Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school-based setting in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and other specialists and focuses on building communication skills and independence within academics.

The position features a 10-month school-year schedule with June and July off, a potential sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Candidates must have a Master's in SLP, AZ licensure, and DOE certification to qualify.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure in AZ.
• DOE certification and ability to obtain AHCCCS/NPI.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Write evaluation reports and contribute to IEP development.
• Program, monitor and maintain AAC devices and communication systems.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs and families.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Complete Medicaid billing and required service records.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Promote functional communication and classroom participation.
