The position emphasizes collaboration with county agencies, crisis response, and ongoing follow-up to ensure services begin and barriers to learning are reduced.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a County Caseworker or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related field; or equivalent combination including 12 college credits.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; must work well with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with school teams and parents on SAP-related queries and resources.
• Perform clinical assessments with student and parent/guardian consent, provide recommendations.
• Link students to services and monitor follow-through until services start.
• Provide trainings to students, parents, and school staff as needed; support psychoeducation groups for youth.
