Job summary

Covelo Groupis hiring a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in Antioch, CA. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with up to $28/hr and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and small-group support; implementing behavior plans; tracking progress; and collaborating with teachers and support staff to help students reach IEP/504 goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals.
• Track progress and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams.
