Job summary

Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Moorhead, MN, is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of the BCBA and support students with challenging behaviors in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities include direct student support, data collection, incident reporting, and participation in supervision meetings. The role offers a stable school-calendar schedule (182 days/year) with 8 hours per day and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required or in progress.
• Experience with students displaying challenging behaviors preferred.
• Positive attitude, patience and a passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Directly support students and staff in classrooms and interventions.
• Collect and analyze data with the BCBA and participate in meetings.
• Model behavior interventions and respond to codes.
• Assist with incident reports and supervision sessions.
