Job summary

PRO is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-8 students at a local Philadelphia charter school. The role is scheduled M-F, 7:15am-3:15pm, with pay based on hours worked in this hourly position.

Provide individualized behavioral support under BCBA supervision, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain documentation to district standards. A supportive team and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of school-based behavioral support experience.
• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Collect data and support students in achieving educational and behavioral goals.

What you’ll do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support to students in the school setting by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote skill development, encourage positive behaviors, collect data, and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• Must have High Diploma or equivalent
• Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• RBT certification is required
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
