Job summary

Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support client treatment programs under supervision of a BCBA. You will maintain your RBT credential and contribute to progress tracking.

Responsibilities include implementing programs, recording data, completing daily session notes, and graphing progress to demonstrate outcomes. A High School Diploma and BACB RBT certification are required, with training provided if not certified at hire.

Qualifications

• BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must pass the RBT examination to maintain employment.
• If not certified upon hire, candidate must complete training and pass the RBT examination to maintain employment.

Salary Range: $35,000 – $40,000

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Licensure with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• If not certified upon hire, candidate must complete training and pass the RBT examination to maintain employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain RBT credential in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Implement client treatment programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in behavioral interventions preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for daily documentation and tasks.

This is a full time position
