Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral intervention services based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA.
The role supports client progress and treatment goals in a structured program. Required High School Diploma, and you must obtain and maintain RBT certification through BACB; transitional training is provided if not certified at hire.
