Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in Concord, CA. This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will provide one-on-one and small-group support, implement behavior strategies, track progress, and collaborate with teachers and school staff to help students reach IEP and 504 plan goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals.
• Track progress and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams.

Education
