Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students in Pittsburg, CA. The role offers up to $28/hr with weekly pay and a Monday-Friday schedule with both full-time and part-time options.

You will provide one-on-one and small-group support, implement behavior strategies, track progress, and collaborate with teachers and support staff to help students reach IEP/504 goals. Benefits begin after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals.
• Track progress and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams.
