Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40-hour RBT training per the RBT task list.
• Active BACB certification.
• At least 1 year of experience providing behavior technician services; 2 years preferred.
• PA driver’s license and clearances within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized education programs to support student learning.
• Support the use of resources and technology to promote critical thinking and collaboration.
• Personalize support based on student needs and manage time to maximize learning opportunities.
• Assess student growth and adhere to district assessment and grading policies.
• Manage student behavior to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Support colleagues, students, parents, and community stakeholders to promote learning.
• Participate in the school's professional learning community to deepen curriculum understanding.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and oral language.
