Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA in Northern Westchester County, NY. This role offers a full-time, school-based schedule with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and licensure.

You’ll supervise RBTs/BTs and collaborate with school staff to support student needs. The position includes comprehensive benefits, opportunities for CEUs, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21, in a school setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians.
• Master's degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
• BCBA required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants, and classroom staff per BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structured feedback, ongoing training, team activities).
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts and ensure reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Work with school personnel to ensure students' needs are met.
• Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records per BACB and company standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
