Family of Kidz is hiring for a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA in Northern Westchester County, NY. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising school-based RBTs/BTs and staff, guiding professional growth, and ensuring BACB compliance across districts.

The ideal candidate has a BCBA, a Master’s degree, and at least 3 years of school-based experience with children with special needs, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum of 1 year supervising and providing feedback to clinicians.
• Master's Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field; BCBA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, teacher assistants, and classroom staff per BACB supervision standards.
• Support professional growth of employees with Assistant Director through feedback, training, and team activities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned districts; ensure reliable transportation.
• Coach staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Work with school personnel to meet students' needs and provide group training or professional development.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Attend weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate supervision records per BACB and company standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and family information per regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.
• Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.
• Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
• Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21, in a school setting.

Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

BCBA required.

Bilingual is a plus.
