Job summary

Invo Healthcare, in partnership with The Stepping Stones Group, seeks a full‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for school-based services in Hawaii. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavior interventions, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and families.

You must hold an RBT credential (BACB) with a QBS certificate preferred; a bachelor's degree is welcome but not required. Candidates with school experience in special needs are favored.

Qualifications

• Certified as an RBT through the BACB.
• QBS Certificate obtained or in progress.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• School experience with special needs students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assistive technology and IEP data systems.
• Implement discrete trial instruction as directed.
• Implement targeted behavior treatment programs by the supervisor’s plan.
• Maintain records and complete treatment notes as required.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators and parents.
• Comply with state laws and program safety protocols.
