Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree along with experience in special needs education.
• Ability to utilize assistive technology and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement discrete trial instruction and behavior treatment programs.
• Maintain appropriate records and complete treatment notes as required.
• Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents.
