Job summary

Applied ABC partners with the Hawaii Department of Education (DOE) to provide high-quality behavioral support services across Hawaii. We seek compassionate RBTs to support students in school-based settings, working with educators, families, and clinical professionals.

The role offers a full-time schedule aligned with the Hawaii DOE academic calendar, with ongoing BCBA supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within educational and multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one and small-group behavioral support.
• Collect accurate, real-time behavioral data during sessions.
• Communicate student progress and session observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB RBT Ethics Code.
• Complete session documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers.
