Job summary

Edgewood Learning Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide intensive behavior support in the Pottstown School District. The role requires current RBT certification and works with teachers and support staff during the school day.

This full-time, 10-month position offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,100 per year and benefits including medical, vision, dental, and prescriptions. The salary ranges from $21.75 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with formal training in Applied Behavioral Analysis or Behavioral Support Interventions.
• Successful completion of the RBT training course and certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with students needing behavior support.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive behavior support services to students in-district.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior support plans.
• Possibly provide some instructional support as needed during the school day.
