Job summary

Parker-Varney Elementary in the Manchester School District seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral challenges under the supervision of a BCBA. The role is full-time, 30–40 hours weekly, with an immediate starting date.

Starting salary is $31.83 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental coverage, retirement planning, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires 48 college credits or a Para II DOE certification.
• BACB RBT certification issued by the BACB is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with behavioral challenges in education preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior analysis techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school staff, parents, and professionals.
• CPI training or willingness to obtain through the District.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BCBA, teachers, and staff to assess and analyze student behaviors.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to address goals.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support and reinforce positive behaviors.
