Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to support students and schools under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to meet individualized needs in educational settings.

You'll monitor progress, collect data, adapt interventions to IEP goals, participate in ARD meetings and conferences, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive behavior and inclusive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from BACB.
• Must adhere to Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals and maintain CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor and document data on student behavior and progress.
• Design, adapt, and execute interventions aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
