Stellar Therapy Services in Springfield, TN is seeking a dedicated School-Based Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team under PT supervision. You will support students' mobility, strength, and functional independence in the school setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT in delivering therapy services and exercises to students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collect and document student progress under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom.
• Prepare therapy materials and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the direction of the PT.
