Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to perform school-based PT evaluations and reevaluations for K–12 students in Washington. This 1099 opportunity offers a highly flexible schedule with hours you choose during the school day.

You’ll conduct evaluations, collaborate with school teams, and focus on reports and documentation. Hours are as many or as few as you want, with competitive compensation of $70–$85 per hour.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong evaluation, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage evaluation responsibilities within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based physical therapy evaluations and reevaluations for K–12 students.
• Assess functional mobility, gross motor skills, balance, coordination, gait, positioning, and school access.
• Identify student needs related to adaptive equipment and positioning supports, as appropriate.
• Complete clear, timely evaluation reports and required documentation.
• Collaborate with school teams regarding evaluation findings and recommendations, as needed.
• Participate in evaluation-related meetings when required.
