Premont ISD is seeking a program oversight role to coordinate in-school literacy and math programming, engage families, and ensure child safeguarding within Save the Children-supported activities in Premont, TX.

The role will involve supervising tutors, organizing schedules, administering assessments, and collaborating with school personnel to align program activities with district goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Read Aloud activities and Skill Building sessions with literacy tutors; supervise implementation and provide feedback on best practices.
• Coordinate Math Programming: structure schedules, group children by grade/ability, support lessons and data reviews.
• Engage families: complete engagement planning, organize events, and maintain communication with Lead Associate.
• Oversee Renaissance@ products: coordinate library books, assist with Renaissance tools, and allocate planning time for data analysis.
• Ensure safeguarding: uphold child protection policies, training, reporting, and data security.
