Job summary

Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Child & Adolescent Services – School Based Programs of Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare. The Program Coordinator coordinates and supervises day-to-day operations of School Based Program. Takes a leadership role in program planning and development.

Provides clinical supervision to staff of varied disciplines. Coordinates referral process and ongoing collaboration with district personnel.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field plus four (4) years of postgraduate experience.
• Active clinical license in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or licensed psychologist).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations of School Based Programs.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff of varied disciplines.
• Lead program planning and development with district personnel.
