• Valid NYS Registration/License as a Physical Therapist required.
• Experience with students with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the degree of function and disability and submits documentation.
• Drafts annual goals and objectives for CSE meetings.
• Performs Physical Therapy procedures as directed by a physician.
• Participates in the formation of a student's IEP.
• Instructs parents and school personnel regarding therapy goals.
