Job summary

EDU Healthcare in Tucson, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based services in a special education setting. You will deliver therapy to students, observe progress, and document evaluations and IEPs for effective goals.

You will assess, screen, and monitor progress; write reports and IEPs; and collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to help students reach goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Active state licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience working with children or in schools is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in special education.
• Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress.
• Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEPs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
