Job summary

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a School-based Physical Therapist for a local contract in Westland, Michigan. The role is 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, for 13 weeks, onsite in a school setting.

Starting ASAP, licensed PT in Michigan with pediatric experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $62–67 per hour, with benefits for temporary hourly roles and a school-based environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders related to therapy.
• Assess gross motor skills and equipment needs of students.
• Develop and monitor/modify treatment plans based on orders and assessments.
• Complete IEP, MET, Medicaid and treatment forms/reports.
• Maintain treatment/progress notes and Medicaid documentation.
• Train Paraprofessionals on student plans.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
