Job summary

Constellation Kids seeks a School-Based Physical Therapist to support evaluations and interventions for students in Connecticut, including leading small group sessions and collaborating with school teams. You will participate in IEP meetings, document results, and help transition services across programs.

Newly licensed PTs encouraged to apply; experience in pediatric settings is a plus. This role offers a collaborative, family-centered environment with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Connecticut State License or eligibility required.
• Experience in pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and implement PT interventions for students.
• Lead individual and small group therapy sessions.
• Attend IEP meetings and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to support goals.
• Coordinate transitions between services and programs as needed.
• Supervise Level I/II field work students and mentor new PTs.
