Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students in Jefferson, MA
Supervise and collaborate with 2 PTAs to ensure quality care
Manage small caseloads effectively within the school setting
Document clinical interventions accurately in EMR systems
Provide exceptional communication and teamwork to support student success
Massachusetts PT license or equivalent
Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based settings
Experience supervising 2 PTAs
Experience working in small caseload environments
Strong communication skills
Ability to work part-time days
Must pass background check

You hold a Massachusetts PT license with CPR certification. You have at least one year school-based PT experience supervising PTAs. You can manage small caseloads and communicate effectively with teams
