Applitrack is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for the 2026-2027 school year at East High. This full-time, 10-month position supports a student with autism, emotional/behavioral needs, medical or physical needs in the classroom, during specials, lunch and recess, including grooming and personal care as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, teamwork, communication, and reliability. Compensation is $20.84 per hour, with an extra $1.25 when toileting is required, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Transcripts or GED equivalent required at time of hire.
• Must work as a team member, exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks, effectively communicate with students and adults.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with a student with autism/emotional/behavioral/medical/physical needs in classroom, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist student with daily activities, both academic and social.
• Utilize crisis prevention techniques; training provided by CBSD.
