Job summary

The Dallastown Area School District is accepting applications for a Full-Time, 10 Month Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Paraprofessional at Loganville-Springfield Elementary School (K-3) for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate will support an assigned student under teacher guidance, assist with materials, and help maintain a positive learning environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, or two years of college, and strong attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or two years of college (48+ credits).
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions such as IEP/504 plans.
• Commitment to attendance and teamwork in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out written and oral instructions to support student access to education.
• Assist teachers in presenting materials and instructional activities.
• Perform routine clerical tasks as needed.
• Operate instructional media and office equipment.
