Job summary

Hanover Public School District is hiring multiple 10‑month, full‑time PCA positions for the 2026‑2027 school year. Each role supports students academically and provides personal care as needed, working under learning support or classroom teachers. Qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Status with two years of post-secondary education or high school diploma/equivalent and satisfactory completion of the CAPE test, which can be taken after hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be cooperative, congenial, and service‑oriented.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
