Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide services to children in a school setting. The role focuses on improving functional mobility and safety, delivering therapy per IEPs, and collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals.

Documentation and progress notes are required to track progress and ensure compliance. Qualified candidates will have a PT degree from an accredited program and an active PT license in the practicing state.

Qualifications

• Requires Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• PT license in practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients.
• Deliver therapy services according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes to track development and ensure compliance.
